Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of NTBK STORE and purchases made through our Shopify-powered online store. The seller operates from Vietnam and uses production partners to fulfill orders for customers in the United States. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to your rights under applicable law.

Products and personalization

Products are made to order. Descriptions, images, colors, and dimensions are presented as accurately as reasonably possible; screen displays and production processes can cause variations. Please review your selections and any personalization before placing your order. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for having the necessary rights to any text, images, or other material you submit.

Orders, prices, and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars. Shipping charges and applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout. Online payments are processed by the payment providers available at checkout. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we may decline or cancel an order where permitted by law, including for errors, suspected fraud, or inability to fulfill it. If we cancel an order already paid for, we will provide any refund required by applicable law.

Production and fulfillment

We send the information and artwork needed to produce and deliver an order to our production partners. Production and shipping estimates are not guarantees. Tracking is provided when available. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Cancellations, returns, and disputes

Contact us promptly to request cancellation before production begins. Cancellation after production starts cannot be guaranteed. Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled under our Refund and Return Policy, without limiting rights under applicable law. If you have a concern, contact us so that we can review it; you retain any remedies and dispute rights available under applicable law.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

Store content and designs are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without permission. Do not submit content that infringes another person’s rights or use the store unlawfully. You retain your rights in your submitted content and grant us and our production partners permission to use it as needed to fulfill your order.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. We may update these terms by posting the revised version. Changes apply as permitted by law and do not remove rights that cannot be waived.
