Returns and Refunds

Our products are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an order placed by mistake, or an incorrect size, color, or design selected by the customer, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or misprinted items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us at khanhs2lqnyb@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs. We will review your request and, as appropriate, offer a replacement or refund. We do not automatically require a defective item to be returned; please wait for our instructions.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. We will review requests for orders that have not yet entered production. Once production has begun, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies under applicable consumer protection laws. Where applicable law provides greater rights or a longer period, those rights apply.
